If you booked non-refundable airline tickets, the you CANT get refund. Most airline tickets are non-refundable. This has nothing to do with the travel ageny.
And as far as the service charge, thats their charge for the work they have done for you. Normally you dont get a service charge back if you cancel a trip.

well you should contact them again but some airlines do have a policy that you cannot refund tickets even if they havent been bought..u can check this out on the airlines website..i know its an unfair rule..some airlines refund a bit .some dont. contact again and ask 2 speak to the manager and say u feel this is unfair and u cancelled your tickets

if there was no airline ticket issued, then that is between you and the travel agency. if they have a no refund policy, you should have checked into that before you gave them your money. so there really isn’t anything you can do other than accept the tickets then see if the airline will be willing to work with you in changing the dates of the tickets. but if they are non-refundable expect a service charge to change the tickets. and don’t expect to get your money back from the airline.
