    yes an i am never flying south west airlines after they charged my sister for two seats when she was pregnate.

    yes…and it ***** that they were the ones who made the mistake in the first place and me and my family end up paying for their mismanagement!!!
    our holidays were ruined even before reaching the destination…am not going to fly using that company ever again!!!…

    I’m still waiting for my seats to get upgraded to first class. The continental employees are slow at my request. Does this mean the tickets could be free if I complain?
