I am flying to Mexico, but my passport might not get here in time. I might have to change the date on my ticket but they charge $150 to change the date. Is there a way I can do this without paying that much money. By the way I am traveling through Mexicana airlines.

No. You’re stuck with the date you paid for unless you pay the fee.
